Narok West MP Patrick Ntutu Holds Secret NASA Meeting, Issues DP William Ruto and Aden Duale With Threat

Narok West Member of Parliament Patrick Ole Ntutu convened a secret meeting to discuss Deputy President William Ruto and National Assembly Leader of the Majority Aden Duale in his Narok home yesterday.

Ole Ntutu condemned what he termed disrespectful comments made by the two Jubilee leaders concerning Narok gubernatorial hopeful Tiampati Ole Musuni and Narok North Member of Parliament Moitalel Ole Kenta.

He threatened to mobilise Jubilee party supporters to boycott rallies organised by the party in the county if the Jubilee leaders persisted in using ‘abusive language’ to address local leaders.

"We will direct our people not to attend your rallies if your agenda is to paint our local leaders in bad light, we expect this to be a peaceful election and everyone should endear themselves to the electorate by selling their policies so that we can avoid any form of violence," Ntutu warned.

He further cautioned the leaders against meddling in the region's politics asking them to let the leaders in Narok to organise themselves as they liked.

"I have a lot of respect for Duale because he hails from a pastoralist community like me, but he must respect his compatriots. I understand he will loose on August and that will happen because Duale has no respect for other leaders," Ntutu cautioned.

The parliamentarian is aspiring to be the next governor of Narok and is vying on a Chama Cha Mashinani (CCM) party ticket after he failed to gain the Jubilee party ticket during nominations.

He will be facing off with the incumbent Jubilee Governor Samuel Ole Tunai.
