National Super Alliance Flag bearer (NASA) Raila Odinga has now hired US opinion polling firm Zogby which yesterday released a poll showing was leading against President Uhuru Kenyatta.
The company headed by Veteran Pollster John Zogby will continuously assess Odinga’s chances of unseating President Kenyatta.
According to a poll released by Zogby on Tuesday, if elections were held today, Odinga would emerge the winner with 47.4 percent of the votes in his favour.
He would be closely followed by President Uhuru Kenyatta who is seeking re-election on a Jubilee ticket with 46.7 percent of the participants backing him.
The survey was conducted between July 8 and 13 and had been commissioned by NASA.
The report further showed that most respondents were perturbed by the corruption cases reported under the Jubilee regime and the worsening state of economy.

Reports indicate that various publications in America including the New York post have described Zogby as the pacesetter in the polling business.
Others have however dismissed the company after it got an opinion poll about former US President Barrack Obama wrong.
Zogby mainly conducts two types of polls - telephone polls and Internet-based polls.
