Kenya's Trending Topics on 19th October 2017

Kenyans on social media were on Thursday engaged in various heated discussions that centred around the politics of the day.

Dr Akombe was speaking on her resignation to America's NPR radio station when she started fighting back tears.

"My mother and my father taught me to always stick with the truth...I'm hoping this will be a wake-up call...I passionately care about my country and...I'm sorry but you got me a bit emotional I won't be able to continue with this," she stated before bursting into tears.
