The National Super Alliance (NASA) on Friday announced a list of seven people who will eventually facilitate secession if all other plans fail.

“We have put a team in place that will be tasked with guiding, facilitating and coordinating activities of the People’s Assembly at the county level,” Dr Khalwale stated.

The former Kakamega Senator named Dr David Ndii, Judy Sijeni, Hamid Kibwana, Mutaha Kangu, Dr Oduor Ongen, Koitalet Ole Kina and Peter Mathuki.

The seven NASA members were charged with setting up an oversight national secretariat that would be the center of the activities of the people’s assembly.

Additionally, these individuals will also deliberate and produce a roadmap towards the achievements that would lead to a free and fair election.

Moreover, Dr Khalwale ascertained that the committee would also guide the coalition that would lead to “self-determination”.

During the press briefing, Dr Khalwale condemned the state for unleashing security forces on their supporters to stop them from mourning the departed souls.

He further maintained that “the right of citizens to exercise their sovereignty was not subject to supervision by the National government”.
