A Senior Police boss was arrested on Sunday after he threatened to kill his senior.
Menengai Officer Commanding Police Station (OCS) Bernard Wanjala was detained for threatening to kill Rongai Officer Commanding Police Division (OCPD) Japheth Kioko.
Nakuru Divisional Criminal Investigation Officer (DCIO) Japheth Musyoki confirmed the incident adding that detectives were already probing the case to take action against the OCS.
Musyoki further stated that Wanjala recorded a statement at Menengai police station and is expected to record another at CID headquarters in Nakuru.

Reports indicate that the OCPD was in a meeting with other officers when Wanjala stormed in and pointed a gun at his boss.
The officers at the meeting speedily rescued the OCPD and locked Mr Wanjala at the cells.
Earlier in the week, the OCS reportedly traveled to Nairobi on personal errands without seeking permission from his boss.
"When he came back on Thursday afternoon, he kept on saying that he will not die alone but could not disclose more on what he meant," one of the officers disclosed.
The DCIO also pointed out that the officer would be disciplined in accordance with NPS guidelines as investigations continue.
