Dr Matiang’i was accompanied by Transport CS James Macharia where they announced drastic measures to curb road carnage.
"We have to be firm on driving schools and we shall de-register all of them and register them afresh," Dr Matiang'i remarked.
The Education CS also sent a warning to judges, asking them to avoid colluding with traffic officers who are charged in court and through underhand deals, the judges let them off and overturn transfer orders.
