Former Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale on Thursday confessed that Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka was his hero despite the condemnation that he had gone through for the past few days.
Through his social media, Khalwale acknowledged that the Wiper leader was going through a lot fighting for electoral justice at the expense of being by his ailing wife.
"When Kalonzo at today's NASA pressor broke down in tears, I for sure saw his immense depth and resilience.
"This man has been leaving behind a sick beloved wife to come and fight for us! Man, however much they bash you, always remember that you are indomitable and you are my hero!" he tweeted.
During a NASA presser at Okoa Kenya, Kalonzo shed tears while opposition leader Raila Odinga was giving his speech.

Kalonzo was overwhelmed by emotions when Odinga mentioned the attack at his house where his sick wife was resting.
The NASA leader narrated to the journalists how Kalonzo's wife, Pauline, was shocked after a stun grenade was thrown into their Karen residence during a dawn attack on Wednesday.
"I want to tell my brother Kalonzo pole (sorry) for the attack which was done in his compound against his family," Odinga stated.
The Wiper leader who skipped Tuesday's swearing in has been the subject of ridicule following what people referred to as cowardice action on his part.
Earlier on Wednesday, in an interview with a local radio station, Kalonzo blamed his absence on the withdrawal of his security team by the Government.
"On the eve of the inauguration, Raila decided not to sleep at his place, but I opted to sleep at my place. But on the swearing-in day, the Police took all my bodyguards from my house in Karen, it seemed like a threat.
"We talked with my colleagues Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetangula, and when it was clear we couldn't make it, we asked Raila to proceed, we are very united. Jubilee remains illegitimate government, and we will do everything possible to get electoral justice," he stated.
