Renown Economist David Ndii on Thursday lit up social media after sending out a series of scathing attacks to his critics.
Trouble began when Ndii sent out a tweet about several global financial crisis - a likely warning to Kenyans on the steadily growing National Debt burden.
The Economist, who has openly criticized the Jubilee government over its huge external borrowing especially from China, shared three articles from international media to drive his point home.

Ndii, who criticised the Ksh150 billion Standard Guage Railway (SGR) project that is being undertaken by The China Road and Bridge Corporation, pointed out China's involvement in the financial crisis of three counties; Montenegro, Sri Lanka and Pakistan.

But a tweep by the name Lenkois came hot on Ndii's heels quipping: "Most idle ninja I know. Unajuaanga aje hizi zote (The most idle guy around. How do you know about all these projects)."
Ndii told the tweep off indicating that his knowledge on the international matters was just a product of intensive research.
The netizen, however, persisted on his attack against the Economist: "Wewe inaonekana unaeza niambia ntakula nini sapa from the so called Research huku mtaaani we call it kiherehere (It seems your so called research can predict what I will take for dinner as well. Here in the streets we call that poking noses into affairs)."
This saw Ndii take on an offensive mission launching a series of scathing attacks to the amusement of social media users.
Thats why you are in mtaani and I am off to play golf.
