Americans Fall for Eric Omondi's Witchcraft Stunt [VIDEO]

American consulted comedian Eric Omondi who pretended to be a traditional medicine man at Times Square.

A video posted on Eric's Instagram account showed New Yorkers visiting the comedian where he hands them his fake paraphernalia for money.

“So I went to New York City disguised as an African Traditional Medicine man (Witch Doctor) even ran a 20 minutes Ad on the Digital Billboards… A few minutes after set up… business was booming” Eric captioned his video.

Eric visited the US for his annual comedy tour and he had the opportunity to perform for 30 seconds on TV show Late Night with Seth Meyers.

Seth Adam Meyers is an American comedian, writer, political commentator, actor, and television presenter who hosts the popular show.

"Another dream come true... Seth Meyers just said "Eric Omondi from Kenya... And he gave me 30 seconds to make everyone laugh... I think I nailed it...This is how it begins," the comedian stated.

Eric's career in comedy has shone since he joined Churchill show and later left to do his own show dubbed Hawayuni that aired in KTN but was short lived.

‘Somewhere in Africa’ and ‘Untamed’ also propelled Eric to stardom before he started his parodies which are uploaded on Youtube.

He was voted amongst the top 10 Africa's funniest Men and attributes his success to hard work and his appearance on Churchill show.

Eric was featured on The Tonight Show hosted by American comedian Jimmy Fallon making him the first Kenyan comedian on the show.​​​​​​​
