Ngina Kenyatta, President Uhuru Kenyatta's daughter, embraces simplicity at its best, despite hailing from a noble family.

She holds a degree in international relations and politics, has astounded many people by the way she has managed to maintain her looks, from her natural hair to avoiding makeup.

In several of her photos, she has been spotted wearing a ponytail which is arguably her trademark hairstyle.

Quiet, composed and calm, her sense of fashion is appealing and sassy, complementing her dress code with Maasai beads and other accessories from time to time. She seemingly likes wrapping scarfs around her neck.

She has been spotted numerous times wearing Made-in-Kenya attire, a favourite for her father.

Ngina also took a step back from social media, keeping her life low-key while preferring to steal the show at private and public events she graces.

In her free time, she enjoys the company of her relatives such as KICC CEO Nana Gecaga and Stephie Muigai, a United Nations personnel.

Despite her laid back approach, her leadership skills have been lauded from time to time.

Ngina serves as a director at The Kenyatta Trust, which educates disadvantaged youth in academic, moral, spiritual, social, economic and life skills through the provision of financial aid, in the form of continued scholarships and mentorship.

“As a director of The Kenyatta Trust, I have committed to transforming the lives of the beneficiaries not only through education but through social empowerment, skills building and mentorship.

“Through The Kenyatta Trust, we plan to bring up children who are not only equipped with the academic know-how but are well rounded in all aspects of life,” Ngina is quoted by the organisation's website.

On November 15, 2019, she impressed a crowd with her speech during the African Philanthropy Forum at Strathmore Business School when she spoke about social issues affecting Kenyans, especially the youth.

“We come from a continent of immense greatness and it’s now our time and upon the youths to address and find a solution for unemployment, by going into new and innovative fields,” remarked Ngina.

True to her words, Ngina on May 5, 2018, enlisted herself as a young entrepreneur in the restaurant industry.

Ngina launched her very own, posh and exclusive restaurant christened 'The Green Experience' which is located at the family's tea estate in Lari, Kiambu County. This was, reportedly, President Uhuru Kenyatta's residential home in the '80s.
