How to Check 2021 KCPE Results via SMS and Online

Education Cabinet Secretary, George Magoha, is set to release the highly anticipated Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) 2021 results on Monday, March 28.

Candidates, their parents, and guardians can access the results through the Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) website, SMS platforms, county education offices and the respective schools.

For the SMS option, the candidates should send their index number, followed by the initials KCPE (in capital letters) to 20076 in order to access the results. 

The system would be accessible at the end of the official release of the results.

The SMS platform is available for all mobile networks and will be charged Ksh25 each.

Students are also advised not to have spacing between the index number and the initials KCPE.

Due to the urgency and high demand for the results, the Ministry of Education advises that the platform may experience delays and asked the students to be patient.

In the online platform, the candidates to access the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) portal and head to the KCPE tab and select the year they sat the national exams.

To access the results, they should also enter their Index number.

The results should show on the resultant screen after you click submit.
