At Royal Media Services (RMS), he worked alongside other heavyweights in the station, including anchor Waihiga Mwaura and Mike Okinyi.

"It has been 13 years. It has been a journey. Thank you so much, I am humbled. This is Bernard Ndong signing off for the final time," stated Ndong.

Ndong’ started as an intern at KBC in 2007. While here, he unsuccessfully tried auditioning as a reporter for several media stations, including NTV.

After graduating from Daystar University, where he pursued a degree in Broadcast Journalism, Ndong joined RMS as a salesperson and worked at Mulembe FM.

He then rose to anchor news on Citizen TV.

One of the biggest highlights of his career was travelling to Brazil for a month to cover the 2014 World Cup.

At NTV, Ndong joins Caroll Radull, who quit Radio Africa in 2021, ending her 21 years stint at the media house.

Radul hosts a show dubbed The Game Plan alongside Roy Karuhie and Kieni Githinji.

The show airs on NTV every Monday at 10pm and every Saturday on Nation FM from 3pm to 6 pm.
