Friends School Kamusinga Principal Paul Weloba won the hearts of Kenyans after he was filmed dancing alongside his students at a school event.
In the video that emerged on social media on Thursday, the principal joined some of the students on stage as they danced to the popular Gengetone song - Miondoko.
Weloba also donned the school uniform; a short-sleeved white shirt with a school badge, a pair of black trousers and a tie.
During the over one-minute dance routine, the principal seamlessly transitioned from one dance choreograph to the next alongside the school dancers.
Other students who were surrounding the stage could also be heard cheering at the principal for his dance moves.
After the video went viral, many online users congratulated the principal for his leadership style with some Kenyans calling on teachers to emulate the Kamusinga School boss.
Some Kenyans were amazed at how he has gelled well with the students given that he was only transferred to the institution in January.
Other online users also opined that the interaction would help the Form Four students ease tension as they prepare to sit for the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE).
Form Four students will formally begin the main KCSE papers on October 30.
On the other hand, some of Weloba's former students also took the opportunity to praise their former teacher whom they described as a cool tutor.
"These are the things that make students love school. Kudos Mr principal," Shie Ochieng commented.
"Paul Weloba was my deputy principal at Kakamega school and my Rugby coach. East Africa champs. Thank you mwalimu," Godfrey Simeon added.
