Opposition Chief Raila Odinga was among the various topics Kenyans on Twitter were discussing on Friday under the hashtag #RailaorBust.

This hashtag was trending in relation to an article that was in today's Star newspaper that indicated Opposition Chief Raila Odinga should be the National Super Alliance (NASA) flag bearer.

According to the article, the NASA comittee tasked with coming up with the flagbearer for the opposition had warned the co-principals that is would lose the election if Raila was not elected.

This triggered various reactions with a section of online users expressing their opinion on the matter.

While a section of online users agreed that Odinga would be the sure bet for NASA, others observed that the former Prime Minister ought to endorse another leader in his team.

#NasainNairobi / Mathare

This started trending after the NASA leaders arrived in Mathare North for a public rally at Masinde Muliro Gardens

The Leaders dismissed the rumours going around that NASA was falling apart and reiterated that they were united to face a common enemy which was the Jubilee government.

This trend was initiated by the World Health Organization to campaign against Tuberculosis and educate people about the disease.

According to a 2015 WHO report, 1.8 million deaths were caused by TB.

The WHO has launched a new strategy aimed at ending TB by 2035.

This hashtag was trending as the 49th edition of the Barclays Kenya Golf Opens continue at the Muthaiga golf club.

Among the star attraction in the tournament, running from March 20 to March 27,  include retired Nigerian football legend Jay Jay Okocha.

This hashtag was on the trends in relation to the NASA political rally that is set to be held today at Mathare North, in Nairobi.

Governor Kidero is set to lead other Opposition leaders in the event.
