Stories have been written on how billionaire Jimmy Wanjigi lives a kingly life. However, none has ever mentioned the key details and features inside his house.

In 2017, during a police raid at his Muthaiga home in Nairobi, Kenyans had a close peep at his residence which proved that he lives in opulence.

On Saturday, February 8, Kenyans.co.ke landed on the original manuscript, shared by entrepreneur Oscar Kinoti, detailing how the house was built to perfection. The construction of the house cost approximately $10 million (Ksh1 billion) and was designed by Perla Lichi (a luxury interior design for both residential and commercials) based in the US.

This extraordinary place features its own outdoor Chinese teahouse where the lady of the house enjoys her own private sanctuary.

There is also a Chinese pavilion where Wanjigi entertains friends and clients. The conference table in the pavilion is an actual hibachi table.

Two hibachi chefs cook for the entrepreneurs' guests while they are having their meetings.

Special and careful attention to the principles of Feng Shui were applied to the estate, inside and out.

Children and guest bedrooms were designed with different styles to accommodate each person's individual taste.

Wanjigi's wife enjoys a boutique which is spacious with a custom built-in storage and display for her accessories and collectables.

Two levels of the library are connected by a hand-carved spiral staircase. The library features state-of-the-art equipment.

Complete traditional Feng Shui was taken into consideration in the design of the villa. The style and furnishings were carefully planned, based on each individual's preferences within Wanjigi's house.

There is a formal lounge for VIP guests as well as a formal dining room that seats 24 people very comfortably, with all of them able to converse.

A casual lounge was created as a place where family members could meet. There is a breakfast room including a state-of-the-art home entertainment system.

The grand staircase features hand-carved, solid mahogany railing. It is crowned by a stained-glass pyramid ceiling dome.

The massive house presents an imposing front with at least two chandeliers hanging in the foyer, alongside family photos.

The billionaire loves gold and shades of brown as seen from the set of furniture and the walls in the posh house.

Inside the house is a safe house where Wanjigi reportedly hid to avoid arrest when police raided his home. The safe house's location was never identified.

The palatial home also has tinted windows that minimise visibility inside it.

The residence also has a basketball court alongside a Thai-style lounge where Wanjigi is reported to retreat and relax.
