Hussein Mohamed

Hussein Mohamed is the State House Spokesperson.

Before his appointment as State House Spokesperson, Hussein served as the Communications Director in the William Ruto Campaign Secretariat.

Rachel Ruto

Mama Rachel Ruto is the First Lady of the Republic of Kenya.

Raised from a  humble background, the First Lady started her education at Likuyani Primary School before proceeding to Butere Girls High School where she did her O Levels examination. 

Kanze Dena

Kanze Dena is the former State House Spokesperson in the executive office of the president of the Republic of Kenya. She also acted as the Head of the President's Strategic Communications Unit (PSCU). 

Born and bred in Kwale County, Kanze schooled in Kianjokoma Primary School and joined Kieni Girls High School. She later studied Journalism and Mass Communication at the Foundation College of Professional Studies. 

Wafula Chebukati

Having amassed over 36 years of experience in legal practice, Wafula Chebukati instantly became a key figure in the country's electoral period due to his role as the chairperson of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC). 

Beyond that, Chebukati is also the president of the Association of the African Election Authorities' General Assembly. 

Noor Gabow

Hailed as one of the most revered security officers, Noor Gabow is the Deputy Inspector General of the Administration Police Service. 

The distinguished officer's vast experience in the role stretches to over three decades. Prior to his current role as the Deputy IG, he served as the Commandant of the Kenya Police College. 

Mutahi Kagwe

Mutahi Kagwe is the current Cabinet Secretary for Health.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Insurance) degree from the University of Nairobi and an MBA from the United States International University.

Walter Otieno

Dr. Walter Otieno works at the US Army Medical Research Unit in Kenya based at the Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI) and Head of Pediatrics and Child Health at Maseno University School of Medicine.

Nadia Abdalla

Nadia Ahmed Abdalla is the Chief Administrative Secretary, Ministry of ICT, Innovation and Youth Affairs. 

In addition to that, Nadia is a businesswoman, a fashion guru, mental health advocate and published author.

She is referred to as the young, fierce and creative woman in President Uhuru’s cabinet.
