5 Alleged Kenyan Spies Killed in Somalia

Five individuals alleged to be spying on the Kenyan, Somalia and Ethiopian governments were executed on Tuesday evening in Somalia.

Al Shabaab extremists claimed that they killed the five people after it emerged that they had allegedly been sent by the three states to spy on the terrorist organization group.

The Al Qaeda affiliate announced on their Andalus radio station that they performed the killings on Tuesday evening at a public arena in Lower Shabelle region.

Witnesses revealed to the Associated Press (AP) that the five were tied to poles and shot dead by masked gunmen in front of a crowd on the open ground.
