National Super Alliance (NASA) co-principal, Musalia Mudavadi, has sent a warning to the Western envoys to stop "meddling" with the coalition's affairs.
Mudavadi expressed that the diplomats ought to stop taking sides in the ongoing impasse between NASA and the ruling party.
“The diplomatic community this week openly and out of the blues went beyond the acceptable call of duty and asked NASA to unconditionally recognize Uhuru and Jubilee regime before any dialogue can take place," stated the ANC leader.
Mudavadi insisted that it is in their will to choose who they will acknowledge as the "President" and they should not be forced to applaud the rule of an illegitimate leader.

According to Mudavadi, this statement was extremely unfortunate, uncalled for and verged on extortion.
He further accused the envoys of being partisan to the Jubilee party alleging that they had vested interests in the elections held in 2017.
Mudavadi added that it was the reason behind the favorable outcome of the observations made by the international observers regarding last year's elections.
On Sunday, the brigade's leader, Raila Odinga, condemned the international community for interfering with the Kenyan affairs.

11 foreign envoys had earlier asked NASA to recognize the election of President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto as a legitimate expression of the people's will before any dialogue takes place.
The diplomats called on both parties to set the country on a path of recovery.
