Sanaipei Tande, who is a Kenyan singer, songwriter cum actress is the lead character dubbed as Aziza in the Swahili drama.

It is not yet known if there will be a change in casting but members from the previous season included Samuel Komora, Benjamin Komora, Getrude Mwiita, Asha Abushiry, Betty Mwoche among others.

Unfortunately, the late Pretty Mutave who played the role of Aziza’s manager passed on Tuesday, September 15, 2020.

Mutave starred in numerous films including; Udhalimu, Arosto, Kijakazi, Moyo, Maza and Aziza which she depicted the characters in an outstanding manner.

The Aziza show is about a talented young girl from a humble background looking to be successful in the challenging and competitive world.

The lead character wants to become a singer, but her parents do not want to hear anything about it. Also, her parents have never known how she makes her living or the secret cash she utilizes to buy clothes and everything else she earns from her club gigs.

The show's dynamism and remarkable development have seen the narrative grow into something unique and wildly entertaining.

Aziza characters played their roles too well, making the show one of the most entertaining local series in Kenya.
