"Most beautiful little girl that I have laid my eyes on with a gentle spirit to match. The last couple of months have been so precious with you my rainbow. It is truly an honour being your mama

"My God, my great and exceeding compensation, thank you for blessing us. God of Kambua, thank you for remaining true to who you are," the new mother wrote.

Kambua was all smiles as she held her daughter in her arms. The video also included images of her journey through the pregnancy.

The media personality also shared images of her expectant self, after keeping it a secret from the world. She also recounted her low moments when she unexpectedly lost her son.

"A little over a year ago, I held my precious baby boy in my arms as his little body grew cold. I was engulfed in a thick darkness and was heartbroken like I had not known before.

"It reminded me of a doctor's report that claimed I could not have children. Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh," she wrote.

A number of her friends, ex-colleagues and supporters congratulated her for the feat.

"You are incredible. God bless you and your growing family," Inua Dada Foundation proprietor Janet Mbugua wrote.

"Longing to hold Nathalie. Always thinking of all of you with joy and thanksgiving in my heart. All the photos are beautiful sis," Laura Karwira wrote.

In November 2020, Kambua lost an unborn child in her second trimester. Amid her sorrow, she composed a song, Neema, in which she dedicated the child to God.
