Unknown to many, Rubadiri's younger sister, Mabel Rubadiri, is equally rising to the occasion, building her legacy in the public affairs industry.

Her LinkedIn profile indicates that Mabel graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs, pursued between 2011 and 2014. She later pursued a Master's Degree at the University of Oxford, United Kingdom.

In 2015, Mabel ventured into work as a research analyst at the Grass Company before proceeding to the UK for her Masters.

At the time, she worked as an analyst at the Policy Practice Limited in London. She returned to Kenya in October 2016 as a research consultant at the Rift Valley Institute.

The same year, she won the Winihin Jemide Series Grant Prize for her research on women in African Government and Politics.

In September 2017, Mabel interned at the United Nations Habitat under the UN Human Settlements Programme. After six months, she climbed into Partnerships Consultant for two years.

During the pandemic, Mabel was deployed as part of the Core Response team in the UN-Habitat’s Pandemic Policy and Programmatic Framework.

The public Affairs guru later worked on a consultancy-based contract at Nam Lolwe Environmental Consultants in Nairobi.

In October 2021, she was also contracted to provide consultancy services in South Africa at the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) for three months.

A year later, she joined Koko Networks- a company that provides solutions using technology to institute cost-cutting measures and improve the quality of life.
