TJ Kajwang Swore me in Before Raila Odinga - Moses Kuria Reveals

Gatundu South Member of Parliament (MP), Moses Kuria, on Saturday disclosed that Ruaraka MP Tom Kajwang swore him in before the inauguration of National Super Alliance (NASA) leader, Raila Odinga, as the People's President.

Through his Facebook page, he indicated that in 1992, he was sworn in by Mr Kajwang' as a Student Organization of Nairobi University (SONU) official at the University of Nairobi (UoN) grounds.

"Bibilia nilikula. TJ Kajwang swore me in 25 years before he swore in Raila Odinga. But do I say?" he posed in what appeared to be an insult directed at Odinga.

He also attached a document which indicated that Kajwang, who conducted his swearing-in, was the Interim-Chairman comrade at UoN.

Kuria was sworn-in to SONU alongside Kabando wa KabandoJane Muigai, Gaish Allan, Mutunga Jacob, Aluoka Otieno and Kamau Mbugwa.

Muthoni Kamau and Oliewa Michaels were also sworn in by Mr Kajwang' at the time.

His revelation sparked various reactions from netizens who condemned the Jubilee lawmaker for always teasing the NASA coalition.

The Ruaraka MP administered Odinga's oath as the People's President alongside National Resistance Movement (NRM) General Miguna Miguna on January 30th.

A day after the inauguration, Kajwang was arrested by flying squad officers.

He was later charged with being present and consenting to the administration of an oath to commit a capital offence, treason, contrary to section 59(a) of the penal code.
