Kenyans on Friday widely shared a photo of acting State House spokesperson Kanze Dena seated behind President Uhuru Kenyatta in Nyeri County.

What was of particular interest for most netizens was the striking resemblance between the shirt she wore and another that trended sometimes back after the president wore it.

Kanze was spotted during the gala event of the National Music Festivals where the president also surprised Kenyans when he appeared with a female aide de camp.

Court of Appeal/ Embu Governor Martin Wambora

Embu Governor Martin Wambora trended on Friday after the Court of Appeal upheld his reelection in the 2017 General Election. 

Governor Wambora had moved to the appellate court after the High Court ruled in favour of his chief opponent during the elections, Mr Lenny Kivuti.
