Radio Maisha has announced a new line up for two shows after comedian Francis Munyao (MCA Tricky) quit the Standard Group-owned radio station for Milele FM.

Speaking with Kenyans.co.ke on Friday, July 10, Billy Miya, former host of Billy na Tricky morning show disclosed that he had switched programs following his co-hosts exit.

Miya was tasked with hosting the Drive Show slated for 3 pm to 7 pm on weekdays alongside Mbaruk Mwalimu.

"I will start hosting the new show on Monday, July 13 alongside Mbaruk. The management decided to restructure stating that they wanted a team that had already bonded up to host the morning show. They did not want to gamble by bringing a new presenter to host alongside me. I believe and support their decision," Billy Miya stated.

Former Churchill show comedian Shuga Boy will co-host the morning show alongside Emmanuel Mwashumbe.

Prior to the changes, Mwashumbe hosted a show dubbed Rumba Attencion on weekdays, from 7 pm to 10 pm.

Billy Miya and MCA Tricky hosted their last morning show on Friday, July 10. The presenter dubbed it a farewell party for MCA Tricky.

"For two years, this show has been number one and we want to thank the fans who supported us," Billy signed off.

"I will miss this show and the fans who stood by me even before I learnt to turn the microphone on and off," MCA Tricky added.

Tricky will host alongside Alex Mwakideu at Milele FM, replacing comedian Felix Odiwour (Jalang'o). Jalang'o left Milele FM for Kiss FM and will host a morning show alongside Kamene Goro. Kamene's partner Andrew Kibe resigned on Tuesday, June 30
