Everyday, education is becoming more expensive in Kenya, despite the government's efforts to make it free in primary and secondary schools.

In fact, accessing higher education is a privilege many youths miss out because of lack of finances. With some degree programmes like medicine costing up to Ksh600,000 per year, majority of students depend on government loans and scholarship to pursue their dreams.

Kenyans.co.ke combed through the the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) portal and compiled degree courses that cost less than Ksh100,000 per year.
