Media personality and Kiss FM Presenter Felix Odiwuor alias Jalang'o on Tuesday, April 27, received a birthday surprise from colleagues during the live broadcast of the Kamene andJalas morning show.
His counterpart Kamene Goro pulled a surprise as they were winding the show when she ushered in the Radio Africa colleagues who came bearing gifts, a bouquet of flowers, and a birthday cake.
A video capturing the event, showed Jalang'o seemingly pleased by the surprise. He went on to thank his colleagues for the warm gesture and gifts.
"Wow, thank you so much guys," Jalang'o stated as he became overwhelmed with emotions over the outpouring of love from his counterparts.
Further, Kamene proceeded to play a compilation of birthday messages from various media celebrities and counterparts.
"To my brother Jalas, I wish you a happy birthday and nothing but good vibes, you're one of the most inspirational people I know, enjoy your day," HomeBoyz Radio presenter Conrad Gray, popularly known as G Money stated.
"My brother, Jalas.. you know it's heavy when J is involved. Keep rocking, keep shining. We love you bro," fellow comedian Daniel Ndambuki alias Churchill noted.
"It's your birthday today we celebrate you, we love you from everyone here at Classic 105 FM, happy birthday Jalas," Classic FM presenter Maina Kageni stated.
Media celebrities are fond of surprising their counterparts during their birthdays as a form of camaraderie. Recently, Jalang'o had organised a birthday surprise for Kamene to mark her 29th birthday.
He ushered in their colleagues, who brought in gifts, flowers, and a birthday cake.
"Are you for real, no wonder you did not want to share any details of what you had planned for my birthday," Kamene stated.
